Todd and Jordan Champagne hope to continue the education programs that they have done for decades with Happy Girl Kitchen here on the land. They will be teaching adults and children all sorts of skills around food and food preservation - And in the future host camps here on the property for people who would like to dive deeper into these skills and arts.
