DINNER TICKET - NOVEMBER 18 - 6:30pm $95

Bhakti Farms is having its first fundraiser dinner! We are so excited to be able to share with you this magical evening with wonderful food made and offered with love and with the ahimsa milk from our cows - Gayatri and Malati. We are raising money to build them a cow shed for the wintertime - we heard it is going to be a very wet winter and want to give them a cozy place to relax.

STARTS
Rosemary sourdough foccaccia + avocado smash with pomegranates

Fresh Mozzarella + tomatoes + basil

Pan fried Jimmy Nardello pepers + mandarin finishing oil

MAINS
Roasted honey nut squash + midnight beans + chipotle cashew cream

Roasted brocollini + raddichio + lemon ricotta

Black rice pilaf + toasted hazelnuts + cranberries + green beans

DESSERT
Pumpkin cheesecake + Chai

All dairy used for dinner will be from our cows on the bhakti farms property. Check out the project at bhaktifarms.org It will truly be a night to remember!  Please get your tickets now - you need one per person - and it is a fundraiser with limited seating and so there is no discounted tickets for children or anyone else.
